Individual Coaching

This service is for those of you who just need a neutral person to check in with relative to achieving a specific personal goal or life improvement. We can use a variety of behavior change models and theories to fully explore the issue: map those who will be impacted; those that have influence; environmental assets and barriers; and other important but frequently overlooked factors connected with any personal goal or behavior change attempt. Using the map together, we can create and action plan for you, set reasonable deadlines and milestones, and create a plan for accountability.

Sometimes, we get tangled up in the emotions too much, get sidetracked by less important issues, get interference from unexpected sources. Coaching helps keep you focused, corrects diversions before they get out of hand, and makes sure you appreciate the successes you create. You can schedule once a week, once a month, or once a quarter. It is entirely up to you and the nature of your project. The coach's job is to help you get the skills, awareness and direction to help yourself. We are done when you win. Enjoy your success. Pick another goal when you are ready.
