Claire Holtz, MBA, is the Marketing and Communications Director at Holon Health. Her love for innovative healthcare solutions and passion for providing high-quality care options for underserved populations made joining Holon an easy decision. With over a decade of experience serving mission-driven companies, she has a proven track record of getting meaningful companies into larger conversations via storytelling, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PR.
Prior to Holon Health, Claire led marketing efforts at Guild Services, a mental health nonprofit, Better Life Partners, a healthcare tech startup, and Quotacy, a life insurance company. In these roles and other work, she has found success placing startups and established companies in national media conversations, increasing brand awareness, and helping to connect more people to affordable, accessible care options. She also started one of the first podcasts by an eating disorder treatment company, called Peace Meal, on behalf of The Emily Program which provided valuable resources for thousands of listeners and gained media attention.
When asked why she joined Holon Health, Claire said, “I wanted to be a part of company that is truly changing how healthcare is delivered to individuals experiencing addiction. Holon is changing the narrative by offering Solution-Focused Therapy and Contingency Management, two therapeutic approaches that we know work. It’s a harm-reduction way to address substance use disorder that emphasizes success and growth while promoting lasting change. Plus, I get to wake up every day and hear from our clients about how Holon has improved their lives, whether that’s by avoiding relapse, getting help with a health issue, or finding a network to support them on their recovery journey.”
Outside of work, you can find Claire in the garden, sewing, or out in the community.
