The Holon Health team welcomes Rachel Manni, PHR, SHRM-CP, as the Vice President of People. Rachel comes to Holon with 13 years of experience building HR and People Operations from the ground-up at multiple startups, including Averhealth where she worked alongside Holon Co-Founder Jason Herzog. Her commitment to transforming healthcare for underserved populations while supporting the teams that provide the care made joining Holon an easy decision.
Prior to Holon, Rachel was an integral part of Better Life Partners success, where she helped grow the team across multiple states and supported the addiction treatment startup from Series A to Series B. In addition to her work at BLP, she has served as the Human Resources Director at Tree of Life Counseling Center, the Director of People at TITLE Boxing Club, and the Manager of Global Human Resources at AgileOne. Those positions gave her experience working on both national and global scales, where she successfully led HR functions across 13 countries.
While Rachel has a high-level of HR and operational experience across industries, she has spent over half of her career at mission-driven substance use disorder organizations like Holon Health. Holon’s innovative and patient-centered approach to care management resonated with her because she knows it isn’t just transforming healthcare, it’s directly impacting lives for the better. “Holon is a much-needed advocate for those who have faced an uphill battle navigating our complex and often stigmatized healthcare system. Witnessing Holon’s potential to make a real impact firsthand, I jumped at the chance to join the team full-time after serving as an advisor.”
