By signing up, clients get access to the Holon Vibe app and their own licensed care team made up of a medical provider, care navigator, and recovery coach. Care teams work with clients to meet their health and wellness goals – whether that’s maintaining recovery, treating anxiety, or managing diabetes. Our services are fully covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and some Marketplace plans.
