Will I lose my current rewards? ▾
No! Your rewards are safe. Any rewards left in your Holon Vibe account can be used in the Holon Vibe Rewards Store starting on June 15.
What can I get with my rewards? ▾
You can use your reward points on the Holon Vibe Rewards Store to get gift cards, grocery cards, gas cards, restaurant gift cards, store/shopping gift cards, and more.
How much are my points worth? ▾
When you trade in your points for products, gift cards, gas cards, or grocery store cards, every point is worth exactly one penny. So, 100 points = $1. That means if you have 1,000 points, you have $10.
When will the last cash out to Rapid cards be? ▾
We will cash everyone out on Thursday, June 11th as the final cash out to your Rapid card. After that, your remaining balance will be converted to points to use in the Holon Vibe Rewards Store.
Do I still keep my Rapid card? ▾
Sure, if you'd like to! You can still use your Rapid card if you already have money on it or you can use it like a bank account. The only change is that Holon rewards will no longer go onto the card after June 15.
When can I use my rewards? ▾
Until June 15th, nothing changes. Starting June 15th, your current rewards will be converted to their point value and you'll earn points. You can use your point rewards anytime after June 15th on the Holon Vibe Rewards Store.
Can I still get cash? ▾
We can't transfer points to a Rapid card, but you can get reward cards worth cash and use them in stores (via Apple Pay or Google Pay), online, and by phone. It works just like cash.
Can I get a rewards card worth cash instead of a product or other gift card? ▾
Yes! You can choose to use your rewards for card that has cash on it.
Do my points expire? ▾
No. As long as you're engaged in services with Holon Health, your points never expire.
Do I have to spend all my points at once? ▾
Nope. Spend as many or as few as you'd like and save the rest for later.
How do I check my points balance? ▾
Your rewards balance will be on your Holon Vibe app in the same spot as always. You can also click your name in the top right corner of any page in the Holon Vibe Rewards Store to check your balance. To see your rewards history, go to the "My Rewards Account" section of the Store.
Is shipping free on physical items? ▾
Yes — the cost of shipping and handling is included in the points price shown in the Store.
How do I use the gift cards in stores? ▾
Add it to your digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay) and tap your phone at checkout at any merchant that accepts contactless payments. You can also use it online by entering the card details at checkout.
